Dr. Salari has an exceptional educational background. He completed his undergraduate degree in chemical biology from the Stevens Institute of Technology in Hoboken and his master’s degree in biomedical engineering from Columbia University in New York City. He acquired his medical degree from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey (UMDNJ-SOM), followed by a dual fellowship training in spine surgery. He became a spine surgeon after completing double fellowship training from the prestigious University of California, San Diego Medical Center and the Maryland Spinal Reconstructive Surgery Fellowship at University of Maryland St. Joseph Medical Center in Towson, MD.
Dr. Salari is now an active member of the American Osteopathic Association, the American Osteopathic Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, and the North American Spine Society. He has been published on numerous topics related to spinal surgery.
